Where I work with you

Three ways in. One outcome: the gap between intent and delivery closes.

Strategy:

Turn strategic priorities into an operating model that delivers

I lead the structures that carry strategy into execution: transformation offices, portfolio governance, operating models and investment decisions. I have built and led a global Business Improvement function, set up a global Transformation Office and established European NPD portfolio governance. Leadership gets a structure where priorities are decided, owned and funded, not just agreed.

Diagnosis & Design:

Expose constraints. Connect what others see separately.

Performance rarely leaks in one place. It leaks between functions, systems and handovers. I map end-to-end dependencies across operations, processes and IT landscapes. I use process intelligence to replace assumptions with facts, and I find the cross-functional bottlenecks that really limit output. The result is a practical design built around the real constraint.

Delivery:

Execution control that makes progress predictable

I put in place the mechanism that turns a plan into results: clear ownership, decision structures, dependency management and a steady governance cadence. Progress becomes visible, and deviations show up early. Leadership stops chasing status and starts steering.

  • Translate strategic priorities into an operating model, governance and clear decision rights
  • Set up and lead transformation offices and portfolio governance
  • Steer investment and CAPEX decisions by strategic value
  • Build the internal capability to run the new model without external support
  • Map end-to-end dependencies across functions, processes and IT landscapes
  • Use process intelligence and data to replace assumptions with facts
  • Lead greenfield process mapping where no reliable picture exists
  • Find the constraint that really limits output, and design the path forward with the teams who will run it
  • Put in place ownership, decision structures and a steady governance cadence
  • Manage dependencies across teams, sites and systems
  • Make progress and deviations visible early, so leaders can step in on time
  • Anchor roles, systems and behaviors so new ways of working last
  • A strategy that is decided, owned and funded
  • Portfolio governance that focuses resources where value is created
  • An organization that keeps the model running after I leave
  • A fact base on where value leaks and why
  • Clarity on the real constraint, not the most visible symptom
  • A design the organization can execute
  • Predictable progress and control over execution
  • Faster decisions with clear accountability
  • Improvement that lasts beyond the program

How I work inside the assignment

Once I am in, the work follows one logic: making complexity governable without breaking the organization.

Find what really limits performance, not what is most visible.

Every priority, decision and dependency gets a named owner.

Clear decision rights and forums, so issues get resolved at the right level and speed.

A governance cadence that makes progress predictable and deviations visible early.

I work where the issue sits, on the shop floor and in the systems, not only in the boardroom.
